11.  Installation, debugging, Training and Running
 
We will send a brewer and an engineer to take charge of the  installation and the debugging work. Also, local personnel or subcontractors, in  charge of electric technique, pipeline and refrigerating, will be required to work with our personnel together.
 
l                   Installation, Debugging and Training
Installation work includes:
-          Positioning the equipment
-          Connection of all pipes such as  those for glycol water, tap water and so on as well as all wires within the equipment.
 
Debugging work includes:
-          Testing all electric functions, pipework, and running the system
-          Pressure safety tests on all fermentation tanks and service tanks
-          Adjust the system so that t is in good  condition
-          Cleaning equipment
-          Carrying out all operation with the brewing system
 
Our training work includes
-          Teaching personnel of the customer to operate and maintain the equipment. 
For operation of the brewing system, a brewer and an assistant will be required. So, the customer’s personnel will be trained by as the brewer and assistant. (The training work will be carried out during the course of debugging  work.) It will be very good if the customer could find persons with a little experience or knowledge of brewing, who will be trained as brewers. Also, for maintenance work, it will be very ideal if the brewer or the assistant or even a third person has a little knowledge related to mechanics or electrotechnics. As far as we know, they will master everything very fast and brew  good beer with lasting quality very soon. However, any responsible and reliable person can be trained in order to master the operation and crafts. Experience could come from practice.
 
l         Running
Our brewer  could stay and support the customer’s brewing business until the brewing work and business is over.
 
12.    Warranty
For the whole brewing system, the warranty is one year since the completion of debugging  work
 
13.  The  cost of the vendor’s service of installation, debugging and training
The following cost shall be borne by the customer:
-                            Expense of round trip air tickets of personnel from China to the location of the brewery,
-                            local lodging and food.
