1.1         Malt mill                                        

It is a double-metal-plate malt mill or double-roller mill. Steel plate’s surface are grooved and hardened. Spaces between 2 plates are easily adjustable for milling. Milled grist is collected from the bottom of grist hoper in bags and delivered to the brewing kettle or the filter tank manually, as a traditional way.

1.4                     Cold Liquor Tank (CLT)                   

The glycol water is for cooling hot wort through the plate heat exchanger. Hard PVC PIPE sanitary will be used for connecting the CLT, cold liquor pump. The cold water will be heated during the course of heat exchange with hot wort and will be cycled in brewkettlea and CLT.

1.7                  Wort Aeration Assembly            

It is mounted on wort outlet of the heat exchanger.

-    A sanitary ball valve with hose connecting: as the inlet of medical oxygen from the bottle

1.8                     Yeast Dosing Tank for optional (used in large brewery)          

It is fabricated with S.S.304 and parallels with the wort aeration assembly. It is for dosing re-hydrated or fresh yeasts into cooled wort. Only the brewhouse working capacity which is more 3000L per path is needed.

1.11         Brew house pipework                          

All the pipework of the brewhouse and individual equipments could be easy assembled / disassembled. Most if pipes works on the skid will be assembled before ex-work. Pipework comprises of hard pipes and various fittings and all of them are of S.S.304 sanitary style, such as pipes (mirror polished inner), S.S.304 manual sanitary butterfly vales, sampling cock, sight glass, and so on.

4.       Chiller Unit

The unit is for keeping cellar vessels and CLT in target low temperatures, with cycling cold glycol water. Actually the low freezing-pointed liquor is solution of propylene glycol or medical ethanol.

 

4.1                     Glycol reservoir                                    

It is a tank for containing glycol. Copper coils of refrigerant as heat exchanger are mounted on inside brackets of the reservoir. Pipework of refrigerant between the glycol reservoir and compressor will be connected on the site.

It is mainly for temperature control of cellar vessels & CLT as well as control of the chiller system.

Components such as PT100 probes and low voltage solenoid valves of glycol pipework will be supplied.

6.       Supporting Material

6.1                     Pipework of glycol              

Pipes and fittings are included in the scope of supply. Polyurethane foam insulation jackets and bandage of pipes will be enclosed in the scope of supply.

 

6.2                     Spare parts                   

Spare parts kits of the brewing system will be supplied freely at least for one-year operation, such as DIN fittings, spare thermometer, and so on.

                                                                                       

 

Remarks: 1.The blue character in the ditails is the parts for optional, so when you offer us, please inform us what is your choice about the blue character. If you don’t tell us, our price is to choose the parts which the price is lower or which is not needed, example, the malt mill, double-metal-plate mill is the our general choice if you don’t instruct the mill. Other example, the PLC, it is not our standard configuration, so if you need it, please inform us.

                   2.We don’t give out the working cpapcity in the instruction, because we don’t know your demand. The instruction is to introduce the general conditions of equipments, not the single example.
