10KL beer plant full equipment packing list

capacity  10KL per batches, and 100Kl  per day,  such brew capacity and above , is really called beer plant.  

We have done such models before.  

It is far big in workshop than the photo listed. 

mostly , it is made SS  inside, TIG  welding, polishing to 0.4um, working at side, 

And  installation, commission is really a big work.  

Detailed designing is need before installation.

fermentingsystem

 Standard stainless steel conical cylindrical fermentation tanks;
Fermentersas single or double size of brewhouse is common preferred;
Tanks quantity is exactly calculated byoutput, fermentation cycle for different kinds of beer;
All manhole, valves, pressure gauges, fittings etc are included.

Cooling Unit

Beer Brewery Manufacturing Equipment 
Insulated glycol water tank with or without copper coil for glycol liquid holding and mixing;
Efficiency chillers or refrigerators with fryon to supply cooling energy;
Multiple-stage centrifugal pump for glycol water recycle among tanks and heat exchanger;
All pipes, fitting, insulation materials are included.
